Bias Differential
Flywheels: The Lightweight Steel Flywheel
is intended primarily for street use, but is also an economical
racing alternative to the lightweight aluminum flywheel. It retains
enough mass for comfortable standing starts in street use, yet it
is sufficiently lighter to afford a noticeable improvement in low
speed acceleration and to make shifting much smoother. The Aluminum
Flywheel is intended primarily for road racing and rallying,
while reducing the flywheel weight up to 55 percent of the original,
and reducing the flywheel inertia up to 80 percent of the original.
Tip: It is recommend to replace the throw-out bearing during
any clutch work to ensure trouble free performance.

Lightweight Aluminum
Flywheel 87-95 Turbo
The Aluminum Flywheel has a tuft-rided steel
friction surface for long life. Intended primarily for road
racing and rallying, this kit reduces the flywheel weight
up to 55 percent of the original, and reduces the flywheel
inertia up to 80 percent of the original. The ring gear is
bolted in place for security. The kit includes the rear balance
weight and all the hardware necessary for installation, including
special bolts which attach the pressure plate without modification.

The weight of the stock flywheel is 24 lbs
compared to 17 lbs for the Racing Beat Flywheel. The actual
reduction in inertia from stock is much greater than the weights
suggest, since the stock flywheel is 1 to 2 inches thick at
its outside edge.
The Lightweight Steel Flywheel will bolt up
to any pressure plate that will bolt to the stock flywheel
(except the Rotary Pickup), and it uses the original bolts.
It is also recommend to replace the throw-out bearing during
any clutch work to ensure trouble free performance. Also,
we recommend replacing the transmission front and rear seal
kit when re-installing the transmission to reduce the possibility
of leakage. |

FC3S TII and FD3S
800HP axle bar upgrade
This is the center bar upgrade for the TII
and FD RX-7. The inner and outer c.v. on these cars are made
from jis spec, which is very close to 4130 chrome moly (very
good). So what is offered is a set of center bars which replaces
the part that breaks. The factory bars are brittle and cannot
handle the shock factors from higher horsepower rotaries.
The center bars are made from 300M material that is specially
heat treated, double tempered, destressed, with rolled splines
for that extra strength. Ready to install. |

Chrome Moly Lightweight Flywheel to suit 5.5" clutch
assemblies. Lightweight flywheels increase
throttle response and aide in overall vehicle performance.

So not only providing a performance improvement
product but adding a substantial safety factor with approximately
25% less inertia than a 7.25" clutch for improved acceleration.
Applications based on generation 2 & 3 (Series
I-VI) turbo RX7's and are a direct bolt in without modification.
The kit comes with thrust bearing and housing as well as gearbox
thrust bearing support.

Using the latest advanced dog geometry and
tooth profiles, Guru Racing have produced a unique gear-set
that reduces friction for increased horsepower.The transmissions
are currently running in front running circuit cars throughout
Australia and are holding most current lap records in cars

Torque Biasing Differential
GURU Racing has produced a automatic torque
biasing differential, it is designed to prevent loss of drive
to wheels without locking together, while still applying some
torque to the slipping wheel.
This progressive action applies all remaining
torque to the wheel with the most traction, which is the best
design to gain maximum grip under varying track or surface
conditions, also leading to improved controllability and cornering
compared with a standard LSD unit.
